The application protocol would be:

In the mornings:

1. Wash your face with cool water and dry with a clean towel. You can also use a gentle cleanser such as Soft Derm Sensitive Cleanser.
2. Afterwards, tone by spraying Soft Derm Aqua Defense on your face.
3. Next, on clean, dry skin, apply Atache's Soft Therapy Decongestant Facial Serum to your face, neck, and décolletage, massaging until fully absorbed.
4. If you have one, apply an eye cream specifically tailored to your skin's needs. Apply light pressure and move from the inside outward.
5. Now, apply your day cream to your face, neck, and décolletage. You can try Atache's Soft Derm Intensive Defense . Spread it evenly.
6. Finally, apply before going out and exposing yourself to the sun, Be Sun SPF50+ by Atache or a sunscreen specific for your skin type.

At night:

1. If you've put on makeup, do a deep cleansing with makeup remover, cleanser, and toner. You can do Atache's Japanese makeup remover for sensitive skin. You'll need: Total Make Up Remover , Sensitive Cleanser , and Aqua Defense .
